Mesjasz Czesław
He graduated in physics at the Jagiellonian University (1978) and in organization and management at the Cracow University of Economics (1980). Since 1980, he has been conducting classes, including in negotiations, company theory, corporate governance, strategic management, project management. He is a member of several international scientific organizations and the author of papers published in Poland and in English as well as Chinese, Danish, Spanish and Turkish. He was on internships and gave lectures in several countries. Research interests: system approach in management and social sciences, complex systems theory, negotiations and conflicts, corporate governance, management theory. The most important publications: Determinants and models of credit negotiation processes between a bank and an enterprise (2000), Complexity of Social Systems (2010), Security as Attributes of Social System (2008, published in English; 2014, published in Chinese).
Sołtysik Mariusz
Assistant professor at the Department of Management Process at the Faculty of Management of the Cracow University of Economics; PhD in economics in management. He completed postgraduate studies: Manager of scientific research and development works.
Author of numerous publications on strategic management, project management and enterprise development. The research area focuses on the issues of strategic management, project management and innovation of enterprises. Participant of the Techmatstrateg Strategic Scientific Research and Development Program. Contractor in projects financed by the National Science Center and the National Center for Research and Development, including the Lider program. Contractor in the program H2020-EU.3.2.4.3. - Supporting market development for bio-based products and processes.
Participant of projects whose goal was to create a network of connections between scientists and enterprises. Contractor and manager of research projects financed by the Minister of Science and Higher Education, grant for Research of Young Scientists (BMN) and PhD Students. Contractor of works commissioned to enterprises in the area of developing long-term plans, enterprise management strategies, designing organizational structures and improving management systems. A member of a team of experts in the substantive assessment of applications for 2014-2020 in the areas of: Innovation and technology transfer in enterprises; Business environment, Advanced support services for SMEs and groups of SMEs, including marketing, management and design services; Technology transfer and cooperation between universities and enterprises; SME development, Entrepreneurship and business creation. A member of a team of experts in the technical assessment of applications for project co-financing under the Interreg V-A Cross-Border Cooperation Program Poland-Slovakia 2014-2020 and applications of the Intelligent Development Operational Program 2014-2020 National Center for Research and Development (PO IR), including the Bridge Alfa program. Vice-chairman of the Malopolska Regional Group International Project Management Association.
Grabiński Konrad
Prof. UEK, Konrad Grabiński Ph.D. (Econ) - A faculty member of the Department of Financial Accounting at CUE. The president of the Regional Office of the Polish Accounting Association. A recipient of a scholarship with an international program IAAER Deloitte Scholar, a member of the European Accounting Association, an author of numerous papers on accounting and finance. He has been involved for many years in co-operation with the National Bank of Poland, providing an educational program "Euro-zone functioning mechanisms". He was actively engaged in the implementation of an educational path poised to facilitate gaining CIMA qualification by CUE students. In 2014 as a co-author received the award for the best book in the field of accounting in Poland. Since 2018 hold the position of the Professor at CUE
Kędzior Marcin
Professor UEK dr hab. Marcin Kędzior, associate professor at the Cracow University of Economics, academic lecturer, * studies in English at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (1999), Fachhochschule Pforzheim (2000-2001) - International Management Certificate * author or co-author of over 100 works Scientific (2003-2020). Activity in the Accountants Association in Poland: member since (2006). District Branch in Krakow: member of the Management Board (since 2007), chairman of the Organization and Development Committee (2007-2015), chairman of the Accounting and IT Committee (since 2015). PAA Main Board: member of the Foreign Cooperation Committee (since 2011-2019) * official representative of PAA in the European Federation of Accountants and Auditors for SMEs (EFAA), Expert Group on Education, London (2009-2012), Expert Group on Accounting , London (2012-2015). In addition: since 2007, 15 EU Rector Awards in Krakow for individual achievements in the scientific, organizational and didactic field; lecturer and examiner at ACCA and CIMA studies.
