She also manages international scientific projects (e.g. NGI Forward and Horizon 2020). Professor at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. Member of Readie, Council of the Polish Economic Institute, and an Expert Team of the Responsible Leadership Council Responsible Business Forum (FOB). Since 2021 a member of the Programme Council of the Centre for Technology Ethics of the Humanites Institute and an expert of the Digital Education Section of the Committee on Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). Her scientific interests focus on the changes that digital transformation triggers in the economy and society. Previously, she conducted research on economic cooperation, including the issue of integration. She was a scholarship holder of the Foundation for Polish Science and “Polityka”.

Lawyer and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and CopyrightX at Harvard Law School. She specializes in areas related to digitization, in particular concerning personal data protection and ethical artificial intelligence. During her studies, she gained experience in Polish and international law firms, primarily in the fields of intellectual property law and personal data protection. For several years she has been involved in policymaking in the field of Internet governance as a member of the Steering Committee of Youth IGF Poland. Since 2021, she has been Digital Economy Analyst at Instrat Foundation, where she works on topics related to data governance, digitization of the medical sector and algorithms in the workspace. She is co-author of the report "Unleashing the Potential of Data. Managing Data as a Shared Resource" - one of the first recommendations for the creation of a medical data sharing space in Poland. She actively advocates for raising public awareness of the value of sharing data, especially health data, taking part in European Commission public consultations on the creation of the European Health Data Space. She is also providing legal support to a Polish-American startup developing the Actaware app for conscious consumer choices. She is also a member of Women in AI Poland, and a fellow of the past European Forum Alpbach.

Martin Reguli is a senior analyst who focuses primarily on the areas of economy, social policy and foreign affairs at the level of the Slovak Republic and the European Union. He has been active in consultations on educational policy as well as on the digitization process in the country and the European Union. He helped organize several projects and conferences where various actors from business, academia and the public sector participated and cooperated to create synergic policy impacts in the business environment. Martin has also been a regular participant in international projects across the V4 region.

Participant of over 10 national and international research and implementation projects. Winner of the 5th Edition of the Professor Wacław Wilczyński Polish National Competition for the best doctoral dissertation in economics. He teaches subjects related to public administration, public finance and public management for UEK students.
