Foltynowicz Zenon
Zenon Foltynowicz (professor of economics, Ph.D. and D.Sc. in chemistry), retired full professor at the Poznań University of Economics and Business (PUEP); in the years 1999-2005 vice-dean and 2005-2012 dean of the Faculty of Commodity Science of the PUEB.
He specializes in the issues of sustainable development, product and industrial ecology, waste management, recycling of plastics, new materials for packaging.
His achievements include over 60 publications in journals with Impact Factor (List A) [number of citations = 1234; Hirsch index h = 21], over 120 from List B and chapters in monographs, delivered about 180 conference lectures. The result of his innovative research are 33 Polish and 3 international patents. He promoted thirteen doctors and over 200 masters. He was the main contractor in two international programs (LIFE + and Eureka). He managed two national projects, the result of the SpinTech Project is the PUEB Knowledge Transfer Company. He completed research internships in many foreign research centers as a postdoctoral research fellow. He participated in the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" program at Stanford University (Stanford Center for Professional Development) as part of the "Top500 Innovators" program, supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. He is a member of a number of scientific societies (including PTT, PTCh, IGWT, BASIQ, Atiner) and 6 scientific committees of journals. As part of the European Commission: in 2009-2013, a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of the CIP Framework Program (Competitiveness and Innovation Program) and from 2012 expert for ETV (Environmental Technology Verification) Technical Groups.
An expression of his international position is his membership as a foreign member in the Italian ASN Committee - a five-person commission conducting the scientific procedures of the Abilitazione Scientifica Nazionale (ASN), in the second instance in the scope of Competition Sector: 13 / B5 - Commodity Science.

Kafel Piotr
Piotr Kafel, associate professor at UEK
During his professional career, he participated in international internships, research projects as well as courses and training, expanding knowledge and skills in management, particularly in: quality management and food safety management. Author of publications on quality management, food safety systems, system integration as well as implementation and certification of voluntary food quality systems (e.g. processing of organic farming products). His work in scientific units is complemented by employment in an accredited product certification body, with which it has been cooperating since 2005. Responsible for activities related to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 17065 standard and conducting third party audits, e.g. in terms of reducing packaging weight at source.

Cholewa-Wojcik Agnieszka
Professor at the Department of Goods Packaging, College of Management and Quality Sciences, Institute of Quality Sciences and Product Management, Cracow University of Economics. Leader, chief Executive officer, consultant projects financed by the Minister of Science and Higher Education and the National Center for Research and Development, European Social Fund and HECAFS. The current scientific and research achievements include about 100 items. The most important publication is the monograph entitled "Packaging and its role in the design of an integrated product in terms of consumer needs and requirements", PTTŻ Scientific Publishing House, Cracow 2018. Expert in the field of packaging and storage of goods of the Polish Society of Commodity Science. A specialist in the field of packaging, entered in the list of court experts. Author of many opinions and expertises. She cooperates with domestic and international companies from the packaging industry. She is the member of program and technical council COBICO.
