Since 2021 a member of the Programme Council of the Centre for Technology Ethics of the Humanites Institute and an expert of the Digital Education Section of the Committee on Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). Her scientific interests focus on the changes that digital transformation triggers in the economy and society. Previously, she conducted research on economic cooperation, including the issue of integration. She was a scholarship holder of the Foundation for Polish Science and “Polityka”.

He participated as an expert and coordinator in dozens of national and international projects in the field of public policy analysis; quality of governance; strategic management; organizational learning. Author of over 250 scientific publications and 130 expert opinions.

Lawyer and a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and CopyrightX at Harvard Law School. She specializes in areas related to digitization, in particular concerning personal data protection and ethical artificial intelligence. During her studies, she gained experience in Polish and international law firms, primarily in the fields of intellectual property law and personal data protection. For several years she has been involved in policymaking in the field of Internet governance as a member of the Steering Committee of Youth IGF Poland. Since 2021, she has been Digital Economy Analyst at Instrat Foundation, where she works on topics related to data governance, digitization of the medical sector and algorithms in the workspace. She is co-author of the report "Unleashing the Potential of Data. Managing Data as a Shared Resource" - one of the first recommendations for the creation of a medical data sharing space in Poland. She actively advocates for raising public awareness of the value of sharing data, especially health data, taking part in European Commission public consultations on the creation of the European Health Data Space. She is also providing legal support to a Polish-American startup developing the Actaware app for conscious consumer choices. She is also a member of Women in AI Poland, and a fellow of the past European Forum Alpbach.

Martin Reguli is a senior analyst who focuses primarily on the areas of economy, social policy and foreign affairs at the level of the Slovak Republic and the European Union. He has been active in consultations on educational policy as well as on the digitization process in the country and the European Union. He helped organize several projects and conferences where various actors from business, academia and the public sector participated and cooperated to create synergic policy impacts in the business environment. Martin has also been a regular participant in international projects across the V4 region. 

Over the past decade, Martin Reguli has been working as a research and policy assistant in the legislative chamber, asset manager in a leading international digital service solutions provider, and a senior researcher a series of economic and political think tanks, and two ministries of the Slovak government and as a freelance commentator. He has also built a considerable partnership with Slovak media scene, being present in the Slovak media for last ten years. His areas of communication include Brexit, elections (United States, United Kingdom, France and Germany) and economic and social policies at the national and European level.

Scientific and research activities
Economist, political scientist, author and co-author of over thirty scientific articles and chapters in monographs in the field of public policy analysis, public management, public choice theory and new institutionalism. In 2018 he published a book in Polish titled “Political Institutions and the Budget Process. Counteracting the tragedy of the fiscal commons" (Scholar Publishing House). Participant of over 10 national and international research and implementation projects. Winner of the 5th Edition of the Professor Wacław Wilczyński Polish National Competition for the best doctoral dissertation in economics. He teaches subjects related to public administration, public finance and public management for UEK students.

Scientific interests
Scientific interests include, among others the following issues: public choice theory, New Institutional Economics, public policy analysis, analysis of bureaucracy, law and economics. As a member of the team he is responsible for coordinating and research activities.

Andrzej Kozina - habilitated doctor of economic sciences in the discipline of management sciences, professor at the Cracow University of Economics in the Department of Public  Policies. A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics (1982) and Harvard Business School (1993). Fulbright scholarship holder (1996). Expert of the Scientific Society of Organization and Management (since 1993).

Professional interests: socio-economic negotiations, negotiation processes in the organization, improvement (diagnosis and design) of structures and processes of enterprise and public organization management, relationship and value management, resolution of organizational conflicts as well as change management and development.

Author (co-author) of over 250 publications.

He participated in the implementation of several dozen scientific and research projects as well as expert opinions and consulting projects, mainly in the field of improving organizational structures  of enterprises and other institutions. He also gained practical experience as a member of supervisory boards of enterprises. He also has significant didactic achievements, especially in the field of using active learning methods. He conducted a number of training sessions for practitioners, primarily on negotiation and conflict management.
